1. RENTAL TIME

Photoshoot time includes setup and breakdown. Sessions begin at the time booked—not upon arrival. The studio must be cleaned and vacated by the end of your rental period. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early. Late exit beyond a 15-minute grace period will result in an additional hour charge.

2. PAYMENT POLICY

100% prepayment is required for all bookings, including custom requests. Deposits or fees are non-refundable unless canceled 24+ hours in advance. Additional time will be charged post-session.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel your booking, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled date and time.

Methods of Cancellation:

• You can cancel your booking via email or by texting  us directly. We will promptly process your cancellation request upon receipt.

Refund Policy:

• Full Refund: We offer a full refund if the reservation is canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled date

• No Refund: Please note that if you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, we regret that we are unable to provide a refund.

• Refund Processing: Refunds for cancellations eligible for a full refund will be processed back to the client's card within 4-7 business days.

• Method of Refund: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.

• Cancellation Procedure: To cancel your booking, please reply to the booking email or text us directly. We will promptly process your cancellation request and initiate the refund accordingly

Rescheduling:

• Booking changes can be made up to 24 hours in advance and can be processed through the booking email.

Emergency Situations:

• In case of unforeseen emergencies or unavoidable circumstances, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to find a suitable solution.

‍4. NO SHOW POLICY

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending your scheduled booking. However, in the event of a "no show" (failure to arrive for your booking without prior cancellation), the following policy will apply:

• Definition:

• A "no show" is defined as a failure to arrive for your scheduled booking without prior notice of cancellation.

• Charges:

• If you do not arrive for your scheduled booking and do not cancel it in advance, you will be charged the full rental fee for the booked period.

• Cancellation:

• To avoid being charged for a "no show," please ensure you cancel your booking at least 24 hours in advance. You can cancel your booking via email or by calling us directly.

5. SAFETY

• Studio equipment may pose hazards—follow staff instructions.

• Do not unplug or move power cords.

• You are responsible for your own safety.

6. CONDUCT

Professional and respectful conduct is expected. Inappropriate or disruptive behavior may result in termination without refund.

7. EQUIPMENT & STUDIO CONDITION

• Handle backdrops and surfaces with care. Damaged items will incur fees.

• Studio furniture and decor may be moved with care and returned to original positions.

• Any other studio property damage is the renter’s financial responsibility.

8. PROHIBITED ITEMS & CONDUCT

• No alcohol, illegal drugs, smoking, or vaping indoors. $500 fine applies.

• No nudity or pornographic content.

• Fog/smoke machines allowed with prior approval.

9. CLEANING

• Leave the studio in the condition you found it.

• Cleaning fee of $25 applies for messes or disorders.

• Backdrop replacement fee: $70–$100 if torn or unusable.

• Please bring clean shoes or change shoes before entering the set area.

10. PETS

Pets allowed with prior approval and a signed pet policy. Owners are responsible for behavior and damages.

11. OCCUPANCY POLICY

• Standard occupancy: 4 people.

• Additional guests must be pre-approved.

12. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

CAS Studios is not responsible for personal items left behind. Double-check the space before departure.

13. STUDIO USE & RESPONSIBILITY

CAS Studios provides the space and amenities only. Renters are fully responsible for capturing their own content, operating cameras, and managing creative direction.

14. SECURITY & SURVEILLANCE

• Cameras are installed throughout the space for safety.

15. PARKING

Free street parking is available. Please check signage for restrictions.

16. DAMAGES & LIABILITY

• Renters are responsible for any damages to the studio, equipment, or furnishings.

• Renters assume full liability for any injuries that occur during the booking.

• All damages must be reported promptly.

17. BOOKING TERMS

• Renters must verify the age of any individuals being filmed or photographed.

• Session time includes setup and teardown.

• Entry before scheduled time is not permitted and may incur fees.

18. TERMS OF SERVICE

Use of CAS Studios and Equipment, owned by CAS Studios, is AT RENTER’S OWN RISK. Renter hereby waives rights to seek legal redress for mishaps, accidents, and/or loss while on our premises. Renter agrees to leave the studio, equipment and adjacent grounds in the same condition, as they were when Renter arrived. Renter is solely responsible for any legal infractions Renter or members of Renter’s party make during the conduct of the shoot, be they in our studio or elsewhere. This includes parking tickets, all other violations or citations, and legal action resulting from the conduct of the shoot, taken at whatever time. Renter agrees to hold harmless CAS Studios, its owner, agents, representatives, and contractors acting on CAS Studios behalf for any loss, accident or injury to Renter’s self or anyone who accompanies renter while on our premises. 

Renter understands that if CAS Studios observes dangerous or negligent practices or activities that are being engaged in by the Renter and/or the Renter's party, CAS Studios reserves the right to stop the shoot / event and require Renter and Renter’s party to leave immediately – HOWEVER, Studio assumes NO RESPONSIBILITY to act in such cases. Renter agrees to hold CAS Studios, its agents, representatives, and anyone acting on behalf of CAS Studios completely harmless from any action, legal or otherwise, that results from Renter’s conduct. 

Renter is solely responsible for verifying that all persons employed by Renter during Renter’s rental period with CAS Studios are of legal age for the activities they are to be engaged in. CAS Studios has no responsibility to determine or verify the age of participants in the Renter’s activities but reserves the right to end those activities if it becomes aware that legal age violations are ongoing. CAS Studios is not responsible for any personal items left behind in the studio by the Renter or Renter’s party. If items are left without notice, it will be disposed of at the end of the Renter’s booking.

By renting our space, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms of this agreement. This contract is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
